According to Kashmir Media Service, in a statement issued in Srinagar the APHC spokesman said that such rude assertions were morally low. He said that
natural resources were divine and no human could dare to claim their control on them. “Most of these water resour
ces originate from and
flow through the Valley. Indian rulers are escalat
ing the war hysteria with each passing day and these insane threats can neither change the realities nor scare anybody,” he said.
